cops here dont chase you. if your close enough they just tazer your ass or let the dog out. they shoot pretty damn far and if there is more than one cop they come from everywhere. the dogs is what gets you though. cops here in the city have them and they use them a lot. i got nabbed up for fighting a few weeks ago and i was in the jail with a dude that got tazed and got the dog on him. dude was all fucked up. im still running though if they dont get you with the tazer ill take my chances
Here, you would have to shoot someone and still be holding the gun when the police show up for them to pull a gun on you. Extremely low crime here but massive amount of tickets for speeding.
easier said than done buddy, even the slyest of cats get seen eventually. dont try to fight the cop, unless you wanna get a night-stick to the face or a tazer to the ass.
dude getting caught and graffiti is total luck, you can do everything right and still end up getting caught it just part of the game it sucks but still
cops are extremely scared to pull there gun on you, because if your running away they cant shoot you or else its murder on there part and not self defense because you were running away.
i have had a gun pulled on me twice by cops. once running from a freight spot. some dude walking down the tracks gave us a headsup so we had a nice jump on the pigs. missed our planned exit point so we were just running down the tracks. another cop cuts us off with his suv. we go left over two barb wire fences. we actually almost got away and were about 2km away from the lay up.. another cop drives by and lights up his ambers. we start running again but hear the cop saw."i have my weapon drawn" we look back and he has his gun pulled. i said fuck this im done so we proceed to get arrested and our heads kicked in well cuffed on the ground. the other time was just shitty luck this guy broke out of prison nearby to where i was painting. this swat team with dogs and shit had been called in to find him and i happened to be wearing the same colours. i had just started my fill when i hear someone shouting at me.. two cops coming down the hill fast.. one with a dog beside him and the other guy jacking a m16. i got on the ground quick and was cuffed at gun point with the dog barking right in my face... shity times lol
and yah.. in the first instance it was complete bs that we had a gun pulled on us... i honestly doubt that pig put it down in his paper work.. fucking overreacted hard cause we ran.. threw resisting charges at us even though we never resisted
Thanks to those Operation Wall Street dicks, a new offence law whatever have you was passed. It sounds scary at first when they tell you what you are charged for but in reality it is bullshit. "Assault With Intent to Resist Arrest" Basically you can now be charged with assault if in the process of getting away the cop is injured at all, minor, to major. They can slap that on you. It is hard to prove, and is usually just a tactic to bring you in the station, rather then letting you off with a basic mischief charge.
Doesn't work for cops (well maybe) but carry some pepper spray if being chased by a dog. They hate the shit!
