i need handle bars bad help i just started to ride fixed and i just got mine so yea no hate

 

rotate your bars down until the bottom of the drop is parallel with your top tube. should be more comfortable.

 

could i cut them

Here's a picture of my fix. Just completed the build last weekend. Its a 1980s Huffy Mountain Bike Frame. Originally painted light blue, I painted it a dark red with black. Some MTB handlebars that I cut. Diacompe breaks. Panracer tires. Original wheels, stem, crankset, pedals, seatpost, and seat. I'm pretty happy with it. I'll get a better picture of it this weekend. This picture is pretty underexposed.
