From what I saw when I was back in kamloops this winter, kamloops needs a good cleaning. I was mostly just benching downtown and walking the alleys but shits weak. I didnt see one cruiser downtown the whole time and I was out from sunset to sunrise some nights. If I had that kind of cops around here Id be going nuts. What ever happened to kids paying dues in the streets before even thinking about touching legals.
