crits.id give them but i cant see anypics.i assume if i did i would tell you to keep practicing.because thats all i can say. -meko.yours is the only one i can see.keep doin what your doin.shit looks dope. just fucking around while coughin up a lung.
Meko- Good shit! Lovin that style, keep it up. Tofe- The drop shadow's a bit messy, the top bar on the T is a little wacked imo and not really feeling the O either. The throwie's pretty nice though and so is the 3D. Stigma and Astro- Letter structure...work on it... Romero- Not too bad the curves on the S and the U seem a bit necessary though. SEAZ finally got something with more than just SE or SZ lol I've been having a hard time with my A's with any style I've worked on but I like this one. Any thoughts? Oh and the outline's only blue/black because its a blue marker over the orange lol...
weak boost. both suck hard. in the first one especially the a. i think yout tryin too hard to make all the lettes look the same. second one doesnt even have a f in there.

the F is cursive... like all the other letters. see how that works? try suicide. old shit. View attachment 585769 View attachment 585770
[Broken External Image]:http://i387.photobucket.com/albums/oo319/fuckthefame/PHTO1014.jpg romero - looks dope. got some originality in there. refreshing blacktodafuture - it'd be cool to see some new stuff looking like the old stuff stigma - no 3d? tofe - i like the effects aces - try making your lines cleaner and you'll look legit. maybe tweak the e a little? Meko - legit as always
Hey are we supposed to give crits even if we are new? non of yall gave me any and i hear its supposed to be "give crits to get crits"
fuck ill put 3d on the next one btw i like how u used the red for the outline it blends in but it stands out just enough
right on 3d can really pull a piece together the colors on yours blend pretty close what markers you use?
thats a nice effect but doesnt really pertain to his/her question. the answer to how to drop shadow and 3d is fairly simple you all know how to turn a square into a cube, yea? [Broken External Image]:http://www.cs.bham.ac.uk/~axs/fig/cube-only.png well the idea is that you draw the same exact shape slightly offset in an arbitrary direction. then you draw in diagonal lines from the matching corner, right? Notice how the diagonal lines are all the same length and all parrallel to each other. that is crucial for the optical illusion of depth to take place. so a drop shadow is when you draw the same dimensioned shape offset evenly and then do not connect up the edges with the parralell bars (the diagonal lines on the cube for instance). and simple no vanishing point 3d is acheived by connecting up those edges, case in point the cube pic romero lookin good
saint has the right idea. your slackin on makin those diagonal connectors parrallell, do it, itd look 10x better. and nice attempt at the vanishing point one yo, shit came out damn near propper. which reminds me i forgot to speak on vanishing point 3d. the idea here is that instead of starting with evenly offsetting the image in a specific direction, you start with a single point that you determine to be your vanishing point. you then draw straight lines from that point to every edge that faces said point. once that is done decide how hefty you want the 3d to be by picking a specific lenght for the vanishing point lines, and then shortening them all to be the same length. after this is done, try your damndest to approximate what the shape of your object would look like going back into the page and with that in mind connect the new short ends of the vanishing lines as close to perpendicular to those vanishing points and as parrallel to the object as possible gitter done peas
yo i think you think that only the tops need to flow. naah doo, them whole shits have to make sense. keep at it [Broken External Image]:http://jamiedubs.com/fuckflickr/data/tshirts/web/haters-motivators.jpg frienemy mother fuckers, hahahahahahaaaaaaahahahummm
because i just went beast mode on this page like a dirty mother fucker i elect myself the king shit of the rest of its contents even if i posses no authoraty or spelling skills to back it up.
