http://btjunkie.org/torrent/Storyvi.../7705e4816cbd36ae4fba9983c1a5a27d6be4a04370b6 I think this is that Robert King documentary. If it's not working, PM me and I'll send you a Demonoid link with an invite if I have any left.
Only rapidshare was taken down a while back I think, only one I ever had at least. PS I'd say the 3rd one but take out a teeeeny bit of blue and up the contrast a teeeeny bit. But it's nice, very nice.
For my Leica: [Broken External Image]:http://diglloyd.com/articles/LeicaM/images-ZM/ZeissZM35f2.jpg Zeiss 35/2 Biogon or [Broken External Image]:http://img580.imageshack.us/img580/1622/post361175353556.jpg Voigtlander 35/1.2 Nokton voigtlander is HUGE heavy, stupidly fast, and looks better on the camera. zeiss is virtually perfect optically, but it's smaller and uglier and slower.
hmm shit initially i would go for the voigtlander...but if you werent gonna be shooting with it at night anyway, id go with the zeiss for sure this couple really looks oldschool. especially the dude. i think 3rd or 4th
i dunno how often you would actually use the 1.2, but i dont think the zeiss would be significantly better than the voigtlander optically. I would just go with the voigtlander, gotta keep yo shits looking fresh. and i like the last one in the set.
I don't know about you guys but I'd rather the pictures I'm taking look good, not what I'm shooting with. Being overly concerned how your camera/equipment looks is straight up hipster shit.. drop it. As far as the sb-600 goes, prices should not go up after its been discontinued. Its not a god damn collectors item, its a flash and when its upgrades are released the price will drop. Saying that prices will go up on older products when major companies release new products is almost as ass backwards as worrying about how your gear looks to people who have no idea what is what...
Paying so much for gear like this, you wanna get it right all round. I don't give a fuck if it's 'hipster' shit, I DO care and it IS a factor for me, but obviously factors like optical and build quality come first.
Again, I direct you to the SB-800, which used to be cheaper than both of them. Then Nikon discontinued it, and now if you can still find it new, it costs more than the SB-600 AND the 900.

when you get into lighting that requires a 1.2 aperture getting proper exposure with a camera without a light meter starts to get iffy. and the DOF would be so shallow i dunno how much use there would really be. but if you can use it then more power to you. if there is something happening in such low light that it requires you too shoot at 1.2, then i feel like the subject matter itself would take priority over sharpness, etc.
The realest answer... You're right. I'm gonna go with the zeiss exactly because of what you said... although my leica MP has a light meter in it. 1.2 is dope, but it won't be sharp wide open at all. The zeiss is pretty damn razor at any aperture.
wow, fashion week is bizzare, beautiful models just getting changed right infront of you, not even fazed by you being there with everything out. It was dope but pretty weird. me just snapping away... used a 2 camera combo my d3s and my leica, worked really well together. $$$$
heres an old shot, shot at f/2.5 (wide open) on my voigtlander 35mm.. thought it was related. ak put up pics of fashion week that sounds dope. [Broken External Image]:http://img203.imageshack.us/img203/2108/glover5.jpg
