This is pretty dope... I don't like that swirl on the arrow though... the position you put it in does not look good to me at all

 

id say the letters dont really fit together. each for his own okay but as a whole.... i like the 24.

 

maybe the left bar on the p needs a curve or sumthin like the a and k

Grind, shit would be ok if you erase those arrows and shit. You've got the structure, but you're adding too much.
