I sketch it out in Acrylic ink, fill in with spray paint and do drips, then clean up with acrylic ink and do fine lines. Blues are acrylic ink and so are the black drips/bubbles. I actually figured out a great method for doing white over the black. Krylon Workable Fixative it basically works like a clear coat, it also made all those matte ink's glossy once coated. I think 14 Bolt directed me towards the stuff years ago, but I never really understood what it was until recently. Hope this helps someone out I highly recommend giving it a go if you need to do white over black or have issues with colors blending/picking up eachother.
That is sick man... For sure! Did you use a pen tablet??? Do you know how to get Photoshop for free???
damn that looks sick,i think the bubbles look to solid and bold ,digital is the word dont get me wrong it does look sick
Yeah those bubbles were done very quickly, you are right they needed to go. Thanks for the critz Pen-Tablet started from a photo of a wall I painted. I Dropped the bubbles, and cleaned up a few lines with black, and added in another layer of blue shading. I still have a bunch of work to do on it.
It is, thats a hella old picture/quote I think, I haven't seen him on here lately, used to post a lot about 3 years ago. Teaser of the canvas I'm working on, yes that is a gold tooth.
I have done 2 pieces this year...and didn't plan very well. I don't have much ways to acquire cans, so thats why I usually paint canvas. Ran out of black so had to switch to the magenta color, still I'm pretty happy. here is that canvas finished, 14 karat gold
