Dope update, fresh work Dozn. Truth, the scene's dying out but there has been some new styles around town. It crushes me that l cannot add to that.
Its to bad that these "authorities" make such arbitrary decisions and use their resources to clean up graffiti and display a clean and controlled society.What a fucking joke that is if anything; worry about these outlaws and posibly turn matters to bigger things. London is in dire need of a saviour, sounds cliche but fuck it. I enjoy the legal work but in no offense it's not the same feeling you get when you see a bran new throwie or even something as simple as a handie. Graffiti is about expressing our individuality angainst society. We are sanity and the proper balance of creativity people need in their daily lives. So in other words get your asses off this blog and get the fuck up London!
Oscar and snare still getting up? Was driving up richmond saw some OLD throwies I remember when I first got into graff in like 07 08 and these guys including dozn, melo and ruse were just killin it. But FOR SURE Snare,Dozn and oscar were BIG inspirations to me when I was younger. Love snares handstyle.
Where I'm at which isn't far at all, never really had too much of a bumping scene but still used to be tags and throwies all downtown if u knew where to look. Now we have a university in town and everything that used to be abondonded (which was over 30 % of the buildings) is now being converted into campus. The amount of security cameras around now has gone up probly 500% or more. All the old bigger names around here are retired or moved to a better city. There is even a grassy little area covered with cameras and there is a huge blue siren light and Panic button for the university students. That pisses my off. Growing up in there shitty neighbour hoods getting jumped and harassed and shit by the local crack heads n shit. These fucking bitch ass out of town school kids get a panic button with a flashing blue light. It's bullshit, my city cares more about out of town students than the locals. Fuck you Brantford
* i know at south london, there some people going up, i guess know its more to the stickers and tags. other than that everythings everywhere, no one knows the difference between artists and vandal. the only reason camras are going up, is because some people are just crap.
