yup it came in a pack of 5 but with kinda gay colors. but they match and they are chizel on one side and its like a solid paint brush on the other side... hard to explain but i used them on the weekly sketch battle.
If you can rack then do it. It USE to be a big thing between toys and the pros, but too many cameras today. Permission walls are fine. especially if they make you money. im all about selling out
quick question. on a scale of 1-10 how important are replacin your caps. i live in the suburbs but travel down to the city but its only st. louis and i dont think there are any paint shops or anything around here so i ussually just use valspar and ironlak. my caps always start squeking when its down to about 1/3 of the can left. this annoys the fuck out of me and it seems to give more resistance when it does this. is this the cap or am i fucking up. and the shitty dollars can caps always clog up and shit i have to replace it like 5 times to get the paint out.
Carma - If your caps are clogging like crazy, then that's on you bruh. Maybe you're not pushing down the cap hard enough, so it barely uses any aerosol. If anything, soak the cap in some paint thinner or put it on a can of goof-off. I've never had any cap do that on any valspar can, so it's probably you. Jeffrey - Practice, that's basically all you can do.
practice is to broad of an answer. try making different kinds of lines with the can, thick lines, thin lines, corners. Spray a little box, or something random and weird shaped with some curvy edges and with sharp corners, and then practice outling it. You cant get good can control without using a can, but you can get good can control without painting pieces.
word, i would bomb sometimes like 2 years ago, little writings, hollow throws, but now im filling in, doing drop shadows, i really fuck up with my force field,
yeah but its nonsense...why would i spray randomness to get good can control...?? just go out n paint a few pieces a day...
its nonsense to one with a lot of paint. you spray little 1-2 ft blobs and outline it, then try to put a second outline it your gonna pick up technique to get your lines to be the way you want. I didnt learn this way, but ultimately it would have saved me a lot of paint that I dont have now and some really shitty pieces, if I would have... If you got the supply and time to go paint a couple pieces a day good for you. If you dont, and you want to pick up and develop a little can control, why not spray some blobs and practice without goin out and gettin bagged on?
i dont thats why i often use bucketpaint for fill...but then again i can paint a piece a day...and damn, you can get cheap paint too..
yeah, but I dont like cheap paint. And I dont like time consuming bucket paint fills. If im using bucet paint, ima do a roller, and not even bother outlining anything Im on some black and white hype right now though. only thing ive copped the last few weeks is tall B&W rustos.
guys good day to all of you i would just like to ask what cap/tip are you using when outlining, filling, and detailing? tnx in advance guys!
rusto fat for throws(everypart). rusto fat for fills on pieces, then universal for the outline if I have it., if not than I just use the fat
Spray adhesive for everything, all the time. I always go from my feet to the farthest I can reach, so there's never a reason to use anything smaller.
