How do you know there is no such thing as perfect?? How would we have come up with the concept, if not inspired by something??

you're right, something perfect probably does exist somewhere....

but if you think perfection exists up in the sky, and that you have a chance at going there someday......

    Delusion-

A delusion is a false belief held with absolute conviction despite superior evidence

Superior evidence eh??how do you figure??the sky and heaven are two different things. So where do you think that perfection exists on earth?? I can give you my two cents. There is no perfection on earth.

I think that's because when debating religion it's very two sided. Either there is a god or not. That's it. You have to be very firm in your stance. So you ARE either right or wrong. I don't believe in any grey areas.

then why do you think it exists elsewhere?

Because I believe in perfection after death. In heaven.

I understand that is what you believe, I asked why?

what evidence do you have that something perfect would exist outside our world, if by your own admission nothing perfect exists here?

how do you know that terrorists are taking over their country? just because you view them as a terrorist doesnt been everyone should, they view you the same way you view them, as terrorists. theyre fighting in the name of the same god your fighting for. typical close minded americans trying to police the rest of the world...

Because the human mind cannot fathom perfection, same as how we cannot imagine the sheer gravity of eternity. It's impossible. So how did we come up with the concept, while surrounded by imperfection. If that makes sense at all. I have no real evidence, purely faith. That's definitely not a satisfactory answer for you, but what would you accept as evidence??

I just wanna hear you ramble on to tell the truth... its mildly entertaining.... I really don't care and knew a long time ago that you do not have any evidence that the fairy tale you believe in is true.

You might think that it's funny to watch me ramble on about my beliefs. Core values. But I can tell you it won't be funny to watch you mumble around in the depths of hell. Alone. Sheer agony. You probably think you're pretty smart, because I follow a "fairy tale" but so do 2 billion other people. So while you still have the energy to laugh. Go ahead. I'm a Christian, Jesus came, died for ME and now I'm free. Suck on that smart ass. Period.

Imagine you live in a place where it has never rained before. So the people have never heard of rain, seen it, or imagined it. Because they have never encountered rain. It's would be impossible for them to fathom water falling from the sky. Much is the same with perfection. We as humans have never seen pure perfection. (the term has lost it's meaning in today's society) so sometime in history someone had to have either been told (by an outside source) or have encountered perfect, in order to even begin to fathom it. Now??
