I don't really listen to any metal (RATM and all Zach de LaRochas shit is about as hard as I get I think, and thats definitely not considered metal as far as I know..?), but I had a friend who told me the Mayhem story was interesting reading, indeed it was...

Tasty, nah dude, they all Metal. I listen to TBDM. But honestly metal is metal, fuck all the bullshit "Death Core, Death Metal, Black Metal, shit...." Metal is fucking metal. I can't deal with Flesh Consumed, those growls, toooo grimey for me.
