I live in Slovenia.
We don't have UPS in my country, we have a goverment funded postal system that doesn't know the difference between a sticker and an outward paper document.
You put those in a bag that you glue to the packet.
I mention this because I asked for stickers in my local post office and got four papers.
Yeah.
so I would love to get some UPS's if I could
