yo i got some new makers from the dollar store .... possibly the best investment ive made thus far still trying to get a feel for the bent L.......crits on everything except the bleeding makers
Do people really fuse their letters like that? I just erase the line that would originally go over the other letter instead of putting the corners in the ones next to them..
yeah...im on it someone had recommended it so i gave it a go but these markers are bootsy and my skill isnt up to compensate i ll do another wifout those connections
try bending the L from the bottom corner instead of in the middle, I think it'll look much better that way. Also the fusing by showing the corners seems a bit strange since it's only on like three letters, try using it a bit more on the other letters as well. If it doesn't lokk any better like that then I'd just drop it all together.
@Fade looks like the same as last time with a different fill. Try making your bars a bit less thick. it will help you evolve the letters more. flick for talk
@cred, thanks for the crit, will take your advice and put it to use. Yes it's pretty much the same as my last pic bcoz apart from a discussion about paper I never got any crits on it so I had no idea if I'm moving in the right direction. Love the colours on your new one cred and that 'R' is sick mate
That rush up there is hot, or is it rust? dont know because of the middle bar coming through, either way, it's hot! First time posting on this forum. Some work of mine. No it's just the way you cut the through the right bar, Instead of normally connecting it. It leaves the right bar on it's own and makes it feel useless like it's not supposed to be there.
