Well all i ever really do is 5 minute pen sketches because i just purely lack the patience to do full on sketches, besides i can't really do a proper one atm cause I'm travelling in Argentina haha

Since i don't really do pieces or throws...and i never seem to to take pics... here's what i DO have.

 

@cooldawg, your hands are toy,your throws are intermediate.

 

I wouldn't exactly call this my best work, but it's what I do at the moment, and the direction I'm trying to push for myself.

 

Hard to judge based off of hands.. But I really like the first one, I think thats intermediate but the other one im not a fan of tbh.

Id classify this as intermediate, some of it is a bit wacky but I can see your stuff becoming fresh

Saiko, you can have the best handstyle ever, but if you can't piece, or at least bomb, there's no way you can post in the intermediate thread.

Newker, you're square in the middle of toy.

 

Yeah i'd say newker is upper middle of the toy section.That pen sketch is fresh but the marker pieces could be cleaner.

 

I could piece. and I bomb.
Throws and straights are more my thing.
I'll get pics of the next thing I do...

@revom: i'd say that's right in between intermed and toy, i really like the throw style, but a few of the letters in your pieces are wonky. if the letter structure was more consistent, i'd say intermed.
@cooldawg: always been a fan of your style, i'd like to see what you do in terms of fills, a nice set of patterns would look good in a style like that. i'd say intermed because you have a good grasp of form.
@seyor: from what i understand, this isn't a personal thread to dump your shit in. but if you're going to ask... i've said it before, that throw is toy, there's an unnecessary big black triangle in the S that looks even worse considering there's no drop shadow (which is a shame, because the S is actually quite interesting). the flow in the linework of the letters is really good, if you sized the letters so that they were even proportions (in relation to eachother), added a (complete) drop shadow, and lost the character, i would say intermed. maybe i'd even say it was a solid throw in general.

revom is intermediate. (note: do not confuse intermediate with pro... you guys are over doing it...) for example, I'd call patterson a pro. which is > than intermediate.
saiko is toy
seyo's throws are intermediate

 

Hahaha mad respect bro I agree the inter picture shown in the examples should be changed the bar seems to be lowering but the opinions still remain the same.
