improvisation is key. find what works for you and stop scouring the internet for shit and just go out and write.

for sure but sometimes you may have a few bucks on paypal and say "eff it..." i wanna try that metal ball point because i cant even really picture that being able to write on all those different surfaces. looks fun is the bottom line.
i subscribe to the shoepolish/deoderant/bottle of bug juice idea to be honest. i want to make some real good homemade ink too. that metal ball point thing looks real fun to use i cant wait to try mine i got coming in. if i use ill post a pic in the tag thread in toy sect.

Just buy a pentel presto... or anything with a metal tip.

for mops, use paint. 2/3 oil paint, 1/3 thinner. no brake fluid.
making ink, use pens and alcohol. if you want extra stain, buy some staining powder. don't throw brake fluid.
my mentality is this; they're going to find a way to cover it up. Might as well just go over it again. Nothing lasts forever.

White out pens, a nice chisel tip, and a fatty mop. I'm happy.

I dont use brake fluid in anything. And i make my ink with A LOT of pens and PVC primer, cop some at home depot, i also add garvey, and pilot blue or black. Bleeds through and ghosts like a mofo. ill get an after buff shot next time i have my camera around one.

And i would think thats the best idea for the metal tip, or maybe just get some smash ink or something colorful and premade thats on the thinner side. I dont have much experience with the ball tips hah

never tried it but i guess you can get a sock or was towl or whatever cloth cut it to size hot glue it to the plastic on the bottom or the nib to provide a shield for the soft nib/ or you could glue a plastic extention so when you put it on the wall the plastic part gets pushed in to release ink with little pressure on the sponge nid..so it dont get riped up easy

Just got a reissue of an ultrawide marker, originally made by Wescosa, and I'm wondering what the best ink to fill it with would be. I'm assuming something alcohol based, but I am kinda hoping to fill it with a silver if I can figure out a way to do it without clogging it up. Any suggestions?

Is it a pump marker and what is the nib like. Silver gets tricky cause depending on the nib the metallic pigment can get easily caught up in there, but there are some decent thin ones that could work.

pump is preferable because it allows paint/ink move down the sides of the nib as well as through it.

You may think about filling it with black or what ever and coppin a prefilled crome that you know will work and you can refill.

If anyone can find these as a pack in as 0.5mm or upwards to 0.8mm. Without the sets of the other ones. im not intrested in 0.1 0.2 0.3 0.4 in the set as they would be a waste of money.

I'll send some stickers to whoever can get me a decent supplier asap.
Or suggest other great pigment thinliners as a set of 0.5 upto 0.8
