Yea.. I woke up this morning thinking damn I think that piece is wrong and I might just have to do some straight letters for the battle. But lets just call this a experimental piece lol.
@AlCap looks sick, my only crit is the S, kinda looks like a P. Other than that good outline. @pushdamop, im feeling the flow on the Blue R in the 2nd picture, if you can figure out that flow, that'd look awesome. @Deuce that green piece looks almost wall ready, the D is dope. 2nd serch sketch, goddamn cannot do fills to save my life, gave up haha.
That dot effect off the S and ! Is cool. I might bite that from you later. Not in the SERCH piece tho.
Little funky...the extensions connecting the letters really don't make sense. I mean structurally the letters are kind of good, however I think that the serifs are out of proportion, like they don't follow the bar structure. Not really a bad attempt I suppose, but it looks like you're trying to progress faster than you actually are. Just slow down bro. I've said this before to others and now I'll say it to you...do you like graffiti? Of course you do. Do you wanna get good at it? I bet. So be prepared to put in the work and the time it takes to even get remotely decent. Art ain't a race, it's gonna take you years before your skills are even remotely decent. I'm still learning man and I've been doing this for like 10+ years. The first few years you're just gonna suck...that's part of it. Don't get discouraged, just keep drawing. Slow down, practice the basics, attempt a piece every now and then, whatever...but the more straight letters and bubble letters you do, the more you'll understand structure. Tags tags tags. Keep at it man.
holy widen bars. lose connections, and extentions. forget intrakitt fills. do that and come back playa!
