It had a little recurve to it, but it was just a self bow. Bamboo on the outside and I forget what the belly was.

Damn dude good craftsmanship. My bow splintered into a million pieces because my uncle thought he would put the finishing touches on it hahahah. It was intense though, raining splinters. I might have a picture of it in pieces I'll look. Pick up that pallet at the job site?

@puts I've heard of basix I think but it's been a while since I've seen his stuff

My chick wanted a patio set and I said Psh I'll just make one! And some trim around there could be a good idea I didn't think about it. I only had a few basic tools so making something complicated is a little outta the question right now. Buuuuut I did find some badass table tools, like a router and sander, bandsaw and mini table saw for like 150 bucks each! Which is so awesome considering big ones can run thousands. I might have to start saving for that shit Altho my garage is pretty maxed out with shit right now.

@Abesk yeah buddy pallets all over the place here, just try to snatched the good ones before someone else does. I take home perfectly good lumber and building materials all the time. I have like 50 lbs slab of granite I picked up and I have no idea what to do with it cuz I have no tools to work with it at all lol.

Try to find a pic of your bow dude. Sounds awesome. But it shattered on you? I wonder if there's a way to treat it so it's stronger?

No I'm not back. And I take an old as razor sharp machete with me camping, plus a buck 119 special, and a condor bushlore. All sharp as fuck

Lol I don't think there's a way to transfer them. Can't you just order a marker or something

@Brask damn that is a good deal. Usually when I have to do any stonework with granite I just bust chunks off with my hand. Did a 300 ft sculpture of myself that way.

Well the problem was it wasn't quite finished, and he pulled it back too far. As you take off wood you have to "tiller" the bow, or pull it back and sand the belly, and he pulled too hard. BOOM. Explosion.

A 300 ft sculpture? I've heard some pretty ridiculous claims. But that sounds pretty over the top lol. I wanna say I don't believe you lmao. And the granite I snatched was a countertop. Not like a hunk of rock. It's a polished piece you'd find in a home

Hahah, I thought that saying I was carving out of granite with my bare hands was enough to convey I was kidding.

Shit man that would make a gorgeous dining table. Little 4'x4' would be plenty. Maybe a bit heavy though.

Lmao dude i thought you wrre serious. 300ft lol. Im retarded.
Dude that table I made is about 40" x 40" and it weighs a lot. It's heavy man. And it's awkward to carry by myself. But it's meant to be an outdoor table. That's why I stained it with sealant so the weather doesn't destroy it but we will see over time. I'm planning on making a bar top around my kitchen too. Also outta pallet. Pallets are the best. Usually free and if you do it right you can make them look brand new.

And yea Puts, it's chill. Just remember this is a graffiti forum. So we can be dicks sometimes too. Post your artwork as you progress. Don't get a big head and just stay chill. Some people on here get bent outta shape when you talk shit. So careful who you mess with. Most the guys here are chill tho. Even tho some of you people are just fucking children lol.
