Damn, how have i never thought of that. i need to go out and cop a whiteboard now, man. Another thought, get a smallish chalkboard from any craft store and some of those pump-action chalkboard markers! that way you get the feel of graf type markers as well.
Careful with the chalk markers on cheap chalkboard. They've stained most of the ones I've tried. Even suggests testing a small area of new surfaces before use. The color comes out nice and thick though and it gets real nice drips.
