Koda: looks alright, I'm just not feeling the shape of the a. Don't like the way it's curved on the right
Ahem: letters are looking decent, only thing that's bugging me is the sizing going large and then small. Ain't bad though
Felt like trying out a character. Never done one before but I think it's got potential if I work on it. Any thoughts?

What's under the cap? Looks like an eyeball, not sure the separation is working..I can send you a good bit of character stuff for reference, but I've always loved 123klan and Rime's character work.

I hate to be so piecemeal but I'm not sure how I want to approach the fill on this one....

Should I make the chips and extensions/arrows a completely different colour the my main fill, or just a slightly lighter or darker value?
I.E. Orange for the main fill, and Red Orange for the chips/extensions or I could go Orange for the main fill and Light Blue or Purple for the chips/extensions?

 

Just finish it and move on to the next. No point of posting the same piece 4 times from rough sketch to finished product. Shits too busy anyways better off just moving to the next one.

Thanks man. Is it the crooked right bar on the H? Kinda throws off the flow from the A and left bar, but does go well into the E, so I think I have to commit to the one flow/structure.

Look to do something diff tonight and revisit this style over the weekend.

 

overall piece is way too busy, the extensions and arrows don't really make sense for example the one in the h and m. the h honestly looks like it could be a k. as for the color do whatever you want man you gotta experiment and figure out colors yourself there is no secret just practice.
