@Fizz2 name is fine but I personally dont like how pointy the E is on the corners and the empty space in the E is a little weird also.
Good job on keeping it simple I would say just get rid of the arrow heads they serve no purpose. Remember your letters dont have to be straight up and down so you can try bending them to get rid of that empty space. ( Idk if im really giving good advice thats just what I think im pretty new aswell)

Just keep practicing i dont sketch as much as I should, i sketch once every 2 weeks or so its insane lol

@Fizz2 much better dude, keep doing stuff like this and change it up a little every time.

 

I need some help on how to flow the R and E well together i just put an arrow on top to fill the empty space but i feel like it doesnt work and just ignore the character its trash

 

@Dret-one I agree with you that the arrow doesn't work, try changing what you did to the letters, for example you could make the leg of the R not stick out as much and make the top of the E a little bigger and tilt the E a little to the left. you don't always have to add things to fill up the space you can change what is there. and the T is easy to change just move the top box left or right to fill up space that might be made by changing the R and E

All of you guys need to work on straight letters and bars. That's where it all starts off from.

 

CRIT: your bars are looking alright. At this point, it wouldd probably be best to work of simple letters with no extensions. also Not saying anything but make sure you don't bite from alphabets

I am back...trying to continue to keep it simple and adding just a tiny bit..

 

@Fizz2 this is looking better, your bars are a lot more consistent. I would lose the arrow for now. Also the 3D on the V overlaps on to the A which doesn't happen anywhere else. Try to keep that stuff consistent.

It's so quiet here lately

I posted this on the battle thread but figure I'll post it here too, see if I get some crits.

 

@nomadic.carpenter - Look nice. Just make your S a little more balanced down the bottom there.
@Fizz2 - Looks decent. Maybe try space your letters out more, play around with that
