The N and O look alright but the rest don't flow. The M looks too stiff. The top right corner on the A doesn't look right. The D doesn't look good at all.

There's probably like 50 or more people writing the same name at any given time. Only or 2 will ever make it big. So it doesn't matter what you write. Just don't take the name of some one in your area.
