Me and and my friend got busted tagging on our way home, because some dude followed us and called the cops. Sadly they caught my friend red handed, but they didn't get shit on me. So im just wondering, when at an interrogation, is it best to not answer the pigs like ''no comment'' or just deny everything?
dont say anything period. literally NOTHING you can tell them can be used in your benefit, a detective cannot legally take the stand in your favor or any type of shit like that. end of the day anything you say CAN AND WILL be used against you, even some innocuous shit can be flipped to make you seem guilty. dont tell em shit. when they give you a statement to sign dont do it. tell em fuck you i want my lawyer. (dont actually tell em fuck you though because then theyll make you sit all night in the interrogation room.)
