I am i new writer and my tag is “ezey” just came across a guy on Instagram with like 160k followers going by “easy”. Do I change mine?
If u dont copy name u should stay with that letters. I chose name and I never looked at other writers.
If you like it, keep it Because although the names sounds similar, ezey is a different word from easy.
rather than starting a new thread, i think ill just ask here. my graffiti name is pngn, its unique and nobody else has it. the only thing is theres 2 N's in it. i dont really like it, it seems repetitive, especially in a 4 letter name. let me know what you guys think
my personality? and by the way, i think pngn would be my main one, but i think changing it a bit to "pang" or something similar
I am semi new to graffiti. But I am also having second thoughts about my name “Kaps”. But I feel like that name sounds toyish and I don’t really like the letter combination. I want to find a dope name that starts with a C. Any tips for choosing a name? Something simple but also makes sense and sounds good. I’m pretty lost!
make it unique. i came up with mine by taking penguin and removing vowels, but thats just me. maybe something to relate to your personality in some way?
you’re thinking to much, trying too hard. technique is how graffiti is branded. technique, style, and message are what differentiates you as an artist, not your damn name. if you think graffiti is a popularity contest then perhaps try a new medium? like playing video games on youtube or joining a fraternity. Okay thank you I found a new name anyways that I’m gonna stick with now. Thank you you for the help! It’s about the style I see.
I disagree with people who say that the name has no importance at all. That, surely, is not true, especially if you plan on doing bigger things later
Just my opinion but your name should come from your personality, a derivative of your real name, nickname that your peoples know you by or something of that sort. The name you write is a representative of yourself and should be respected that way. You got too many "Graff writers" today that pick out a combo of letters and call it a name on some bullshit. A real writer's name is their identity, if you don't have an identity then writing isn't for you. No disrespect intended to anyone. Stay true to the culture, feel me.
