The film is based in Europe and narrorated by a french or belgian guy if I remeber correctly. He talks about wanting to paint all over europe and having a map of europe over his poster. He decides to go do it and sells drugs for 6 months to fund it. After crushing all over Europe he takes some friends to New York and they paint full cars. Upon arrival back to Europe his house is raided and he is sent to jail.
