    Afternoon brethren and sistren!

I need to give my bike frame a spray over with black paint. Not sure if I should prime first though, and whether to go with montana black or if tar black would be better.

Am working on a tight budget and although I want as clean a finish as possible, the bike is a workhorse so will probably get a few chips here and there again eventually.

Cass Art are doing 20% off all thier cans today, with free click n collect at the store down the road, so will most appreciate any advice asap.

You can't put a decent spray can finish on a bicycle frame/forks..I did the research and got the best epoxy black you can find and prepped the surface then "cured" the paint in the sun for a few days and although it doesn't chip the finish is not durable and prone to scuffing.
You best bet is to get a job and have it powder coated and stop running a bicycle chop shop out of your Mum's garage.

Actually it is..because of the multiverse. But in another dimension.

Totally with you on that. Even cavemen knew how to make a fire with sticks.

    Which may have been inevitable.

I think the fact that you can take the brains from an animal and use it to cure its own skin by which process makes it usable for clothing and shelter a bit more evidentiary.

Or don't you think the existence of the multiverse supports the case for intelligent design.
