Cameras are literally EVERYWHERE but that does not always mean anything. Its unlikely they are gonna track you down for a tag especially if you just have a hood up or maybe something around your face. The city that I moved to is a big city and has a lot of graffiti on the streets. Don't forget most cameras are not live they are just recording in case a serious crime takes place. But the cameras defiantly make me more parranoid to put up a tag lol
