I don't have anything against either of you but here's what I have to say.
@Matt Wrigh There's nothing wrong with experimenting but getting the basics down completely should be your main priority. You need to figure out how to balance it out.
@ElbowMacK187 You have an idea of the fundamentals but one thing I have to say is that you execute a lot of your stuff really poorly. Typically pieces and tags are supposed to have structure that flows. A lot of the stuff I've seen from you is just really awkward. Your tags aren't inherently bad, but because everything you write goes out out crazy angles, seems really jagged and doesn't seem to have any sense of uniformity it looks bad overall. Same goes for some of your pieces. You always seem to throw in too many add ons and extensions rather than focusing on the actual letters themselves. The letters are what give the piece its flow in the first place. Extensions and add ons in my opinion should compliment the piece and help fill in gaps that haven't been filled in by the letters themselves to add on to the flow.
