Not bad. Maybe consider the weight of your individual letters. In my opinion, the weight of the T and I need to be beefed up some to better match the M and the E. The lack of weight on the left kind of throws off the balance of the piece. Welcome back, glad to see your still drawing!

 

I think the one on the top is actually better. Needs some work, but it has dope potential!! I will try to shoot you a private message tom. and give you a more detailed opinion if your interested.

 

Nice to see you back! I like the compound triadic color theme here. I would listen to Matt over anything I have to say about letter structure.

the arrow off the O is too balance but i feel if the O was bigger that would also add balance the R is original but the top bar kind of muddles the letter...and the bar for the E and the R could be more consistent...i like that you colored it tho
