It's really the lighting that allows me to take these pics at this range as due to the climate it is rarely overcast and the sun faces that direction for a long period of the day. Also since it is a train yard the trains tend to slow down reducing the motion blur aspect and also you can see the trains cars coming for a good distance allowing you to be more flexible in your picture taking such as selecting which cars you want to focus on allowing you to utilize the zoom more effectively.
Just got back to it, a tribute to the master. Never knew him or his crew but as a teen I saw him grow as an artist and he made me want to get a handle on my letters and style. Hope everyone feels this is a fitting tribute. If not ... Oh'well.
These letters are from 97 but I never got them filled in. I guess the lines spread out. The guy was kinda new to tattooing so that may have been a factor.
I was experimenting with wildstyle old english all the way back then. I was ahead of the curve on that but I ended up having some legal problems related to supplying to e pills to people that cut my graffiti career short.
