Really? Because I update the sketch thread all the time and so do many other people. I don’t understand why people say the forum is mostly dead. All you have to do is look for the thread that fits what you are doing and I bet it’s active. The toy thread is active. If you are unsure of yourself, post there.

    Regular sketch thread:

    Toy sketch thread:

Neither of those seem “dead” to me.

The last post in General D was Saturday, it is now thursday. There are 0 (zero) active moderators. There is 1(one) person regularly posting in the picture gallery outside of the blackbooks thread. Dead. It's dead. Its deader than dead

The forum itself is not dead. And they wanted active places to post their sketches. And I linked up two of them.

Also, the whole notion that a thread is dead so you won’t post to it is like that old Groucho Marx joke...

“No one goes there nowadays, it's too crowded.”

Threads will remain dead as long as people say, "Nobody posts to that thread. It's dead!"

If you post to it, it's not dead, is it? Maybe nobody will respond. Maybe they will, if they see some activity. Only one way to find out. Pretty sure posting to a dead thread is not going to hurt you. Don't know why people think it would.

That said, Instagram, Twitter and stuff like that has kind of supplanted forums. But if sections like this one are still alive, what are you complaining about, exactly?

Voting for the Monthly Letter Replacement Battle is on. You do not have to be entered to vote. Voting ends on Monday night. Rock on.

Painting trains on a tablet with PS is allot closer experience to painting an actual train with spray paint than using markers on a piece of paper.

My tablet is pretty smooth there is no real "tooth" to it and offers little resistance like painting in the air and also you can cut back with different colors in an opaque manner the same as with spray paint.

Theoretically it would interpret more directly or transition more easily to painting with spray paint on a surface.

There is literally 3 battles going on right now,

    Some (letter replacement)
    Aware
And the toy battle (pudgy or clone, we set up some guidelines for that aswell)

And if you wanna go 1on1, I'm down for that too.
