Gotta love it.
haha, thats messed up.. but, whatever you need to get up over peoplel once in a while.
who ever said that was a legal? h34r:  and Oprah!, unless he writes "TOY", i dont think he was trying to get ups. and plus, there was wall space write next to him to do it. and that peice didnt look too old, if he ws trying to get ups over them, he could have done it over a piece that was old and worn out.
How do you figure its legal? I've seen alot of those types under bridges with details and everything, and those ain't legal.
because if you look closely, you can see that the white backround painted over another piece, and thats how a lot of legals work. you do a piece it stays up for 2 weeks or a month or so, and then they paint over it and someone else does a piece. also, most likely, if it was illegal, the wall would be destroyed with handstyles, throws, and stuff in the background....i dont see that...and finally, what other reason would someone have to write toy over a piece?
yall live in a fashion capital of the world and you dress like that?
wtf whre are they from?
Gotta love it.
sorry fellas, dont have a flick of the peice under it. it says SENSI, he was useing BELTON and belive it or not hes been writeing 20 YEARS!!! as use have been saying, yes it is a legal wall in belfast. the next day wee did this production over it so it dident look like shite for 2 long.
Um, its called a buff when you go over someone's piece with white paint then do your piece over it. Its pretty common when it comes to illegals. Just cuz its got a white background doesn't make it a legal.
