because if you look closely, you can see that the white backround painted over another piece, and thats how a lot of legals work. you do a piece it stays up for 2 weeks or a month or so, and then they paint over it and someone else does a piece. also, most likely, if it was illegal, the wall would be destroyed with handstyles, throws, and stuff in the background....i dont see that...and finally, what other reason would someone have to write toy over a piece?

as use have been saying, yes it is a legal wall in belfast. the next day wee did this production over it so it dident look like shite for 2 long.

Um, its called a buff when you go over someone's piece with white paint then do your piece over it. Its pretty common when it comes to illegals. Just cuz its got a white background doesn't make it a legal.
