in a city like new york u could get popped in a number of ways under a bridge. they arent looking for kids smoking pot. maybe banging dope, spray painting, or perhaps ploting the bridges demise( terrorism) . fucking cops make it scary as fuck to tag on the big bridges, anyhing transit related any anything that has no steet lights on it like that where "bad" people could conjurgate. thats som real shit.
