& squib the letter structure is not good. make ur letters all the same size and shape.

and yea prismas r awsome. i just picked sum up. but ur better off racking. they did a number on my wallet. <_<

squibsorz- ur not ready to go so complicated - type squid out in a normal font and write those letters exactly until you get it perfect, than gradually complicate them. You may not want to but look at it this way - if your good enough you should b able to breeze right thru the first few steps - if you cant - than obviously you arent that good

rem- tryed fuckin around with that M in paint- i dunno u might need to change around your style a little to make an m work, cuz its not gunna fit with the way the 'R' and 'E' are shaped... IMO

 

select one- what do you mean a normal font? i know it sounds stupid but you ment a basic font right? not like a real "normal" font

 

i mean straight letters - no curves except for the ones that should naturally be there, like in an 's' or a 'b', otherwise straight lines, than curve the sharp edges, and go from there. And everything should be even, all the letters hould be straight.....

draw that, and make sure your letter are all the same height, than make sure they are all the same width. And an S should be the exact same on the top as on the bottom. I dunno if this really makes sense but it cant hurt to try. And dotn color until you have good letters to color, because coloring does nothing for shitty letters.

 

yes, thats what he means. the point of your sketches isnt to make them look like random lines and blobs. its to get a word and make it look better, not worse.
