Magnets only work on montana cans. And VERY VERY few other cans in the world. Because most paints use marble. Because a metal ball in a spray can is unsafe. If that ball bangs around to hard and creates a spark, The can would blow up in your face and you would have shrapnal imbeded in your face....... haha Just take one of those car stereo magnets.. there perfect size. and quite powerfull.
just keep the paint in the case it comes in (6 cans) and stuff your rubber gloves between the cans <_<

i just used a strong magnet on 3 different companies. Krylon, duplicolor, and some shit with no label. The maget stoped the rattle in the krylon and duplicolor cans... not the no brand... now did anyone think that sence there are different formulas for making different paint.. i.e. krylon camoflage, krylon interior-exterior, krylon floresent.... just a theory
how would a magnet stop a glass marble from moving around...the only cans that i know of that use metal balls are montana...marbles are cheaper so there's not many companies that use metal. just keep the cans upright and don't jump up and down when you're around people
