here the cops will say "ok finish up and get outta here" to bad I dont live in Detroit anymore. Im not even sure if the cops in my current city even know how to arrest people. We gotta murder rate of like 1, and Im dead serious.

yea right man, maybe they dont care in highland park, but in detroit they will definitely bag you for that shit. they dont care as much as they did backj when trtl was big because the old commissioner transferred and the new one doesnt care as much, but that doesnt mean they wont arrest you.

actully a cop can beat your ass, just liea person can baet your ass, and they never get shit even if you do sue them and, i dont carry a bag normally if im paintin anyway, for this particular reason. but my advice is to just stay calm and say you were out walkin, gettin a bite, and stroke their egos and ask if theres laws or a curfew and stuff and act scared like you dont know what you did and your confused sort of, you know? if you have a bag say you caught a movie after school and havent been home (this works if its a decnt hour like midnight or so) and offer for them to check it if they want, that is if theyre in a car drivin next to you, cuz most of the time they wont get out of the car just to check if they thinkyou might be doin somthin, and unless you havent been spotted and there are no reports graffitti that night, and if its a slow night and they have nothin better to do. i dont know i don think much of this made sense
