lol the answer to what krink was, was krink.com...which for me was really funny in a not so good kind of way...but yeah just go with the 1/3 2/3 deal it works better than you could imagine...
Thanks, Another question - do those little tins of paint work that are meant for painting models? They are already super thin! Thanks
if u dont add thinner to the paint. the whole inside of ur marker/mop could try up and you will have all this dried uppaint shit inside of it. it happend 2 me once but i used the wrong type of paint i used that canvas paint that artists use and it fucked up my marker and smelt like sumfin bad had happend inside my marker
you need oil based paint to thin with paint thinner, or any other petroleum distillates. acrylic and latex are water based so you need to use water to thin them, but they aren't as good or as permanent as oil based paint, so stick with oil based paint you can use ordorless thinners if you want a less smelly paint for markers
OilBased Paint? I Dont Get It lol... If Its Oil Based Paint? Will It Say That On The Tin????? Plz Help Cheerz..
DONT USE THAT MUCH!!! I personally use Anti-Freeze...but its your call! Yeah! Or, just ask...we only reccomend Rusto because we KNOW its oil based...and oil based is better because you can thin it good...
im not sure if this should be in the ink thread or not, but since ive been fucking around with paint mixes, (im too broke for ink) ill contribute. paint thinner,(depends if it contains the following: toulene(N.ot R.ecommended) acetone (NR) nail polish remover-if your desperate mineral spirits xylene(NR TO THE MAX!) will thin enamel based and oil based paints. and tanka, the last post was in '06
Could you make some good ink out of that car paint that the mechanics put in the prayer could you possibly make that thin enough to make it flow through the nib cuz i've got so much of that stuff from my neighbor
This is why I need to be a mod, his shit needs to be closed. Look at the INKS THREAD PEOPLE!! Damn, it's not hard.
