Man you guys really shouldn't be harrassing the newbiews about their work, they are trying to get better and get into the culture, you should give them crits on their work tell them how to get better, everyones a newbiew at one point or another, no one can just pick up a sketch book and a pencil and be able to do amazing graf, same with a can.

patriot act only enables them to take away your privacy if you are a suspected terrorist, or say you buy alot of bomb making supplies, stuff like that. they can also read your emails and intercept cell phone calls, but only if they can prove in a court of law that they thought you were connected to terrorists in some way. you can be searched if a policeman wants to make sure he is safe from you and any weapons you may be carrying. you really cant stop them, and if you try, youll probly get fucked over more. probable cause is a very slippery slope, and if they do find something after searching you, your car, or your belongings illegally, it proves probable cause to most judges, unless you wanna spend way more than any fines you will pay to hire an attourney.

On eBay, you can get a good set with everything you need (the system and paint and whatnot) for about $300. It's hella wierd at first, took me a while to kinda get the hang of it. Shit takes mad skills. Pretty fun though.

In the US, cops cannot search your bags or go through you pockets unless you give them permission. UNLESS(here is the iffy part) they have probable cause (they say you put paint u just threw up, or drugs, etc.) Cops can also bullshit lie and make up shit, but if you know you rights (or at least loo like you do) they'll be warey of it. Other than that they can just pat you down. And warrents can be given out to search people as well, not only cars/houses. Read the warrent and look for what they are looking for. If they find anything other than what they're looking for it cannot be used in cort and isnt evidence. Example : You stash a wepon with some spraypaint (your under 18 its illegal to have spraypaint, at least were im from), and they find it. They cannot use the spraypaint against you in cort. if you buy copic markers, you can hook them up to an airbrush attachment that comes with them, i think a few markers and the airbrush thing would probly be under 50 bucks. or 30 if you only want like two colors. but i dont know how long they last, and you have to always buy new cans of propellant.
yea and what is the judge gonna tell me? "well you got busted with heroin and equipment, but they didnt read you your rights, so you are off scott free" not going to happen. it will just make me have to pay more court costs and more money for my moron court appointed. im just pissed because if i dont make it through probation, ill get 12 months minimum not to mention a permanent felony on my record. thats just not what i need.
