there'd be too much air trapped inside the cabin for it to sink completely

that and where it is in the pool is odd, cause you cant exactly drive a car slowly off a 90degree ledge into water, it would get stuck in teh under carriage, and to probably get the momentum for it to go ino the water like that, it would have hit the other side of the pool
