[/b][/quote] yes. i get that. but your saying you were gonna go over someone, saw a cop, acted like you were peeing, the cop drove away then you saw him a few minutes later. thats not a close call, a close call is when you have to run from cops or leave 5 seconds before they get there.

If that's a serious question ...You could pull off 2 letters but it would kind of seem like a sign, trademark type thing more then a name and doesn't give you much to work with if you wish to develop letterings'. If you prefer working with only 2 letters in my opinion it would be better to choose a longer word and use two of the letters as an abreiviation (ie. write 'gerkin', but work with "gn", "gkn" or whatever) therfore giving ya more options.
two letters are fine. add one for piecing or something. more then 4 letters are also fine. 4 is just a good medium. theres no fucking rules. JA. 2 ZEPHYR. 6 theres better examples but i just woke up.
Fuck it I ended up with a three letter name...just take your two letter and put a number on it...Like for gerkin...write uhh....Ge3
look u gonna change ur name so it dont fuckin matter!! and two letter name i pointless cuz u can't tagg or graff it cuz it look shitE!...

two letters words only look like shit if you suck. i just dont like them because they look plain without a background. if you have 3 or 4 letters the space looks more filled up. idk.
What you guys think about this... me and a bud are doing a wheatpaste that says "the most priceless human treasure" and has a picture of a dollar bill under it.... too corny?
what exactly makes a good throwie and could someone post examples is it like all the letters have a same or similar style? and when doing a throwie with a fill do i do outline first then the fill?
On paper it prolly easiest to do outline then fill it but a real throw-up is as d_g said, throw up an outline in fill colour, fill it, throw up an outline. In my opinion shit kind of works easiest in reverse on paper ...a sketch is easiest generating your structure and creating an outline from the begining, whereas in paint you keyline last. Even though you may mark out the entire outline first ..due to the opacity/solidness of colour in paint outlining first generally isn't possible unless you have insane control, but on paper outlining first keeps the work much more controlled.
