Yes, melatonin itself is a natural sleep aid. And yeah, I do take it on the regular and I find it deffintly helps me. Far as the pills go, I've made a bunch before. I got nothing really against them, but there isn't usually any food at my place other than kraft dinner and ramen so i usually go for the cup cakes. That way, I get to eat a meal(if you want to call it that), and get high at the same time. multi-tasking is whats up..
