i dont get it when vegetarians say "i dont eat meat, but i do eat seafood"

fish is meat...it still suffers like the rest of the animals that are farm-factory raised

the fish is put on ice and suffocates cause its not underwater

yeah...but I was asking the amount of protein in tuna compared to soybeans. Like, does tuna have more or less protein than an equal amout of soybeans...

I do not believe in people who become vegans or vegetarians for the reason of "not harming animals"... the plant world is the most unknown of all, eating plants and not hearing them scream doesn't mean that it doesn't hurt them(any cereal/grain product that one eats contains 100s or 1000s of gophers, squirrels, butterflies, grasshoppers, etc. etc. all grinded up in there anyway). I eat little meat compared to many other people but it really IS part of human nature to eat meat.

2 soy and soy protein are not that good for you (men and women):

I think when I go back to AZ I will try to become vegan. my school is very vegan oriented like all their menus have dishes that are vegan, more so then meat. alot of my friends are vegan there too. ive been thinking about going v for a while now. but I think I'm actually going to go through with it.

Dude, animals are meant to be killed. If we don't kill them another animal will.

You guys cry over animals rights but you should be defending something much more important like human rights.
