haha why in gods name would you make a marker out of wood...

use metal or plastic.. they'll work much better. plus, a wooden marker would probably break mad easy.

Edit: oh yeah Treo, i was looking around through the forums, and i saw some little noobie kid with your name... i dont remember which forum i was in tho. just thought i'd throw you a heads up on that.

338 pages? Ok heres what you do, read them, and don't ask questions that have been answered hundreds of times.

Foreal, and that's exactly why there are fuckin 338 pages. because the same questions keep getting asked.

i racked one of these liquid chalk pens today to see wat they're like i realised as a marker they were ok, but the liquid chalk wasnt the slightest bit permanent, so i need to unscrew the top to get the chalk out and my ink in, i tried screwing the top, pulling the top and prying it off with a screw driver, does any1 have any ideas how to get it off or how to get ink in any other way?

Cut it up. Tear it apart. Use plyers.

I am sorry but I am so tired of reading nothing but questions. Trial and error.

Just use common sense and experiment.

Buy those woodcraft markers and use plyers and twist it open, dump out that shit for ink, and put in your own homemade shit.

don't know what a wood craft marker is? Here, I'll help you.

Now see figure A? (figure A being the base of the yellow area) You grip that with plyers and twist it, take out pump system, and pour out the ink, but be prepared to catch the mixing marble. Rinse it out, thoroughly. Using alcohol to clean out the paint pump system and all really helps.
When you first rack this marker, do not depress the nib. you want to keep the nib and circle sponge free of that crap ink already in there. And please, keep the nib and sponge dry. No you just fill this marker with your own ink, or whatever.
Put mixing marble back in. Put pump system back on. Screw cap back down on. Depress Nib...

I hope to god this will help someone out.

It seems to be that we have to lead someone around by their hand and whipe their asses for them.

It gets old, guys that are new to this.
