i'm going with lep and andy dawes. i invited them. and on another note. they make graffiti sound like such a bigger problem than it is. not to say graffiti dosen't cost a lot of money to clean.. but come on!! "100,000 on graffiti and other vandalism"... its the other vandalism such as smashing busstops and replacing glass that is costing all the fucking money. I love the way they group it together to make it sound like they made the biggest bust langely has ever seen. They caught some toy that did maybe 100 spots? in 2 months? HAHAHAHHA. GOOD JOB GUYS!
