It's supposed to say Hawker right? Well, to me, the H looks like an "Al" so it looks like Alawker. I would just get rid of the first upward sweep on the H or make sure the thing going across doesn't extend past the H's left vertical line.

I dunno. I don't really like that arrow coming down to the left either, mayby just do away with that and clear up the H
