Oh man, I saw the coolest fucking vinyl figure on some site like yesterday, and now I totally forgot which one it was. I dont know if any of you know it (probably not) but it was this like pink hindu elephant with headphones on hes sitting on a boombox. If anyone has the link for that, I wanna pick that one up. the first 2 i made is left back in the westcoast, so no show - the one i'm makin' now is in session i'll let you peep after it's created. how do i go about making them? diys come in munnys, dunnys, whatever - if you're in the toy scene, you pretty much know.. but it's plastic all around, like the feel of a doll.. use paint, markers, whatever u want to write on em.. not like crayons n shit, haha, but you know, anything that u can basically write on plastic..
yeah i'm not real well informed on the vinyl figures. do you design your own mold and pour a liquid into it?
well im not really knowledgable on it myself either, but im acutally planning on buying one of those lil DIY [do it yourself] vinyl bears n painting it
they just look cool. so a do it yourself is an already designed figure that's blank and can be drawn on? are people out there making their own molds etc on an amateur level?
