if u dont know how to meet other writers then u dont need to know. with a lifestyle such as ours theres really no need to meet new writers. if your up or u are active your bound to cross paths sooner or later. just let it happen. with all the people who clame they write, real heads will no the difference. but that said, i usally meet other writers at
    1. skate/smoke shops that sell paint or other graffiti related merch. also if u talk to the store owners that have a lick of sence about graff they kinda know whats going down.
    2. chill spots/day spots
    3. myspace, but i prefer not to mix myspace with graff, its just a bad idea altogether.
    4. parties.
    5. if u see someone wearing ecko it is not a sigh that they write. besides mark ecko is a douche bag. hes just good at marketing. half the kids i talk to dont even know his first name or what he stands for. its pethetic how meny fake idiots there are in the world.

when u meet other writers its important not to pester them. or idolize them at all. u will get no respect from them. dont walk up to them and think they will respect u, thats how they get paint lol  just be chill. no one trust kids right off, if u do your a moron.

i dont really wanna meet writers in my area. I know a few, the rest are fuckin douche bags who think they can cross anyone out and toy peoples shit when they have nnnooo idea wuts up. They make one piece of shit tag and think there writers and can toy people, thoooose people deserve a club to the skull ;)

SO basically do ur own thing and dont worry about other writers, unless u kno them well, ur bringing more heat onto urself

Honestly, I think Columbus (OH) is one of the illest cities for the graff scene. It's not hard to find people here. Just walk around at night, look for people with paint cans all a-rattling. Or you can do like everyone else says and check hotspots for other writers. If you even know one person that writes, it opens up so many chances to meet new dudes.

dont even attempt to meet writers until you've been writing for at least a year, usually more.
they'll just hate you cuz your shitss wack.

I'm not sure how it is where you live, but it's not hard to spot other writers when I'm out at night. Be careful when/if you approach one of em, though... they bite.
