Well there was a bunch of stupid shit from middle school, I dunno I was a stupid stupid kid. Alot of disorderly conducts that got dismissed, got in a fight and just so happened the kid ended up with a bruised spine and got read his last rights, but then he came outta it fine. And they tried slapping attempted murder on me but the public defender got me outta that, just got assault. Then got caught painting one night, so I got public vandalism under 5000 or something like that, and ofcourse disorderly conduct. And then I dunno why but while on probation for that, I decided to start selling weed, and even though I only got caught with 2.4 grams, I got conspiracy cause I had my friend deliver it to someone, and also delivery of a controlled substance. I should've gotten distribution too but the kid who delivered it didnt testify against me so they couldnt.... But yeah I've been on probation for little over a year now. And I've got a bunch of ACT weekends coming up, hate that shit. Plus its just annoying cause Im 18 and all these other fucks I've gotta deal with are pretty much alot younger than me, not to mention a bunch of idiots. Crime pays so well, until you get caught.
1. hit and run 2. possesion of marijuana (1/8th) 3. speeding 4. tagging (my own house no lesss.....) --------------- fuckkkkersss
a good lawyer is not an expense its an investment... a REALLY good lawyer can get you out of almost anything or at least 90% of the shit you're in... i got 2 of the 3 charges dropped before i walked in the courtroom so the point is, get a good lawyer because once you got a record you're screwed
Heres another question: If you get busted by a cop while doin a tag/throwup/or w.e will every other of ur tags around the city be blamed on you. Like can they prove if its written the same style with the same letters and word that you wrote them all??? Cuz a cop was seen takin pics of some of my stuff :blink:

Th ewhole thing is, cops will always try to get as much, as insignifigant as it may seem, evidence against you. this is because the more they have on you, the harder u get punked in the ass by THE MAN. if they find tins or markers in your bag, but didnt see you do anything its easy to get off, if they see you do it, its a different matter. at the end of the day, i doubt ur the kind of guy that needs to worry about police because i doubt u get up enough to even be seen by the police so your in the clear my man.

well as we were walking home he pulled us over because someone described us perfectly. i just got away with a ticket and it says "non traffic misdemeanor" on top and in the description it just says "tagging".

Ive only been arested and prosecuted one time 4 graffiti and ive been writing 4 about 10 years now, i had 2 pay a $3000 fine and a whole bunch of other shit. I got charged because my mops matched the color of the tag they saw(someone called the cops on me). That happened and when I went to court the officer who arrests you is suposed to be there and mine was late. Right when I was about to leave she shows up and says she found ''an exstensive amount of other tags". This bitch tried to get me with more charges but I did deny I did them. I just told her I was a copy cat and that I saw the other shit around town and wanted to try it myself. Got one charge of criminal mishief, a letter of apology, and 12 hours comm. service. Didnt have to pay restitution though because the building was empty.
yo when some one looks up your criminal record i.e. for a job or school, only felony charges show up, so if what ever you got is a misdemeanor, than it shouldnt show up....and usually with graff and minor bullshit like smoking bud, they give you and ACD(adjournment contemplanting dismissal) which is like probation, but if youre a good kiddie for how ever long(like under 6 months) then the case gets dismissed
Well its offical, me and my 7man crew are fucked. 3 members alreadty been ratted including me. Oneve them is getting his house raided as we speak he called me when he saw them. So basically its a waiting game till im next to get fucked in the asshole. AHHAahhaha oh what a good thing to wait for...Ugh
