capitol-The "E" and the "R" are thinner than the other two, but if you want it to be like that its a bit to thin for my liking, though i really like that "N" Bouncing- Those sketches are hot as hell, the second sketch that extension on the "E" is a bit to wacky for my liking almost looks like one of you old "S" lol. Dead- Lol i dont know what to say, your just at one of those points were you just got to start exprimenting with you letters. Just sit at your desk with a pencil and just keep sketching until you find a style you like. Thats what i did to get this sketch Zepo- I like the coloring and all. Just personally dont like the style because of how thin it is. some stuff i was messing around with at school.. And Capitol....why stop? Its not like there is a season for sketching ... just do it anyways...if not at least therapuetic..it is enjoyable..you cant go from bad to worse...only up from where you are now.. EDIT: Wow...those canvases turned out awesome...the top top one im not feeling but i dunno why.,...it might be the colors or something...but the other is definitly awesome....the charachter is a lil different than the style i saw at first...i think the arms need work..or are they supposed to be nubs?
In my mind i see no point in sketching if your not going to paint again sometime. And in the city im in, filled with one of the toyest crews available(And i have beef with all of their dumbasses) I see no point on continueing. Until i atleast move. Whixch is why i put season. I work straight up until summer. Then i go to Sask. Were i go paint in a REAL city. Then once september hits this city turns into antartica.
Well I figure that I understand how the letters look and i can see ti in my mind perfectly but it doesnt come like i want it to on paper...so its not the lack of bars or attempts with bars..its my lack of skill with the bar technique...so im gonna gloss over that and do what i feel...i still like the critisism but at the same time...bars just arent intresting lol and i wanna do my own thing..so no offense to you zep0 cuz your friggin awesome...but im gonna mess aroud with other stuff first before i turn back to bars..
Lol dead i like that for me its the same way, but when i put my thoughts on paper, the letters look like shit, they dont flow or nothin. But at some point you will see potentiol in those letters. Lol
Well its just the whole concept goes against everything I have ever learned about any type of art or graff or writing in general....But i can see where it helps and in what styles..

yea....i get that somtimes....but its not that i dont have the skills,....its that i dont have the markers....ha. (im not sayin im good)
color doesnt make structure though...im talking straight structure...i can do colors with the shittiest markers....im just saying structure is what i visualize..
