to get a good color scheme i just get scratch paper and start matching color... my fills are usually light and then a warmer outline never to dark

well, for one theyre not the same. but also, the digital one is going to be screenprinted, to do a fade like that you have to use half tone dots or four color processing. my parents do screenprinting and are doing it just to be nice, so i dont want to put too much work on them. plus theyre not set up for four color processing yet.

just finished this. i know its early for me to be doin backgrounds but it seemed lk a simple one so i did it :/ and I really only lk the S and the A but Ill leave the crits to u guys. PS: i know i messed up on the shading and ANROE HOW U KEEP YOU SHIT SOOO FRESH <<<<DATE IS WRONG. camera is gay :/
it doesnt really have a bakground, work on letter structure dont connect the letters like the s its a little wierd

maybe shorten the bulge on the d, for the e i would pretty much keep it the same but give it the feel of the A
