However I got called in last night for catching a tag on a neighborhood crime watch sign then got in a friends car and when I came back 3 cop cars were around my car and shit. Then they chased us down and filed a vandalism report on me. Now I got a detective or some shit looking into my "alias" as they called it to see if I should get a warrant for my arrest. Anyone else ever get caught for writing that may be able to help me out? Like giving me advice, or maybe telling me what may happen to me/what happened to you?
when i got caught once i was by some toy shit so i said the toy was mine and they got me down as "cebs" iono man. i doubt your any good. just change your name, and if you dont then sop being so careless. they cant acuse you of every single caso tag you do. lay low...
What kind of punishment did they give you? Yeah I'm not very good, and have only been tagging like a month or so. So I'm not up a whole lot. I'm worried about getting on probation or anything that I would have to involve my parents, becuase that means I get kicked out and can't go to school next semester. So I'm hoping only some community service and a fine maybe? Is it likely that they may just throw my case out all together?

Well, I had just gotten out of my car, caught the tag, got in my friends and we went over to this ice cream place and munched down then went to another neighborhood and went tagging again. It was only maybe like 45 minutes - hour later when we came back to my car to drop me off when there were the 3 cars and this guy that was talking to them. When we drove by I was of course looking because I was like wtf they doing to my car (one was looking inside of it) so I just figured I had illegally parked or something and I was like just keep going man. As we keep going I hear the guy (probably mid 30's, too young to be such a dickwad!) yell "HEY! THATS THE KID!". Then I turn to my friend and said "FLOOR IT" so we get going and on the way I toss my backpack full of paint, and his bud. They pull us over and all that jazz and to my surprise and officer comes to the passenger side as well as another on driver side and they tell us to step outta the car. The he asks me "do you know why you are getting pulled over etc." and I was like nope. Then he asks me if the car is mine and I say no, then he runs the registration and thank god its under my step mom's name, which is a different last name! So I get patted down and the thing that fucked me was that I tossed my paint, but I had paint on my hands and shoes, on top of a marker I completely forgot I had in my pocket due to all the crazyness of the going fast and throwing shit out the window. He finds it, and it just so happens to be the same marker I hit the sign with. Then he puts me in the back of the car while they talk to my friend and comes back and tells me to take him to the spot where I tossed the backpack (apparently they saw it either fly out or saw it on their way catching up). So I did and he gets it and takes all the paint out and asked me if I wrote Bomber666 on the 7-11. Stupid fuckin' pigs. On a side note he was so into the backpack and the paint that he completely missed a medicine bottle filled with some dank ass chron which was shining in his lights! Lucky me! Then we go to the sign and they try to figure out exactly what I had written and couln't figure it out! LOL! Then they like made sure the marker I had was the same one it was written with. So since my friend and I complied with them and were courteous they just sent us home minus my paint and marker and filed a police report to a detective that is going to "research my alias" as he put it. So basically the detective *I think* is going to be looking around for any of my tags then determine the amount of damage I've caused. Just my luck though, I called today looking to find out/ sound proactive and I got this lady cop who I didn't get to talk to. I'm just afraid I'm gonna get this power trippin' dike cop
get a lawyer, don't admit to shit, wait it out. community service is a part of probation, depending on how old you are though you don't have to tell your parents. handle your own problems, they won't know the difference.
